Cannonfire Photography is the brainchild of award-winning professional photojounalist and visual storyteller Jason Cannon. Jason’s been shooting for more than a decade. His training includes a degree in Journalism from the University of Florida (1995), where he also did a two-year stint at the college newspaper, The Independent Florida Alligator. He followed that up with editorial work for Sport Fishing and Sport Diver magazines. His photos have appeared in numerous outdoor and travel publications, and have won awards with the Outdoor Writers Association of America. He’s also shot many weddings and events over the years. His passion for people is reflected in his natural candid journalistic approach.
