Cannonfire Photography - Tampa Bay Modern Wedding and Lifestyle Portrait Photography

Springtime romance is in the air this month, as April is the time for engagement sessions. I met Athena & David at Ybor City's historic district and we had such a fun time exploring and enjoying such captivating Tampa architecture. I have known David for most of his life, so it's such a special privilege to join he and Athena as their wedding photographer. Congrats, you two! Enjoy the engagement photos. Kara and I got to hang out with John & Megan recently, when they came over to St. Petersburg from Orlando for their engagement session. It didn't take long at all to see how well they connect together, and how comfortable they both are in front of the camera. I'm looking forward to being their wedding photographer at their November wedding, held at the Orlando History Center and Ventura Country Club.

I met up with Becky & Jeff at Disney's Boardwalk for a really fun engagement session. These two are a perfect match, with their refreshingly quarky, flirty ways of lovingly pushing each other's buttons. I'm excited about shooting their July wedding at Titusville's La Cita Country Club. It's going to be beautiful, and I know our photography experience will be one of their favorite parts of the day! Wow, check out this really cool 13-year-old, Maddison! We had so much fun with different outfits and locations here in St. Petersburg. This is in that "tween" age range (10-13) that so often gets left out of your child's photo legacy, since it can be a time in their lives where they aren't typically confident and comfortable. But that's where we come in! We encourage them to just express themselves - in their attitudes, outfits and themes. This is a perfect example of classic Cannonfire Photography work, as Maddison was totally into the experience. We had a blast and, as a result, got some rockin' images!

We had a blast capturing Crystal & Alex's wedding! The weather was amazing, this great couple had lots of fun and the party was happening! I just shot a very cool wedding at the Florida Aquarium. Lisa and Danny had their wedding ceremony on the new waterfront deck, followed by a loose and fun outdoor reception. I really enjoyed working with these two, and feel like the images really capture the beauty (and humor) in their relationship. Congrats, Lisa and Danny!
