CFP Photo 101 Workshops - Have a Blast Learning How to Take Great Photos

Attention, CFP client-family shutterbugs! We know that SO MANY of you want to learn how to take better photos of your kids with your own camera in your everyday world, but often find yourselves frustrated with certain lighting situations, or in finding new ways to be creative with your imagery.

Well now is the time to learn from the experts!! This Spring we introduced a new fun event for our clients and potential clients to enjoy with us. We are calling it Photo 101. So far we have launched in Ocala and St. Petersburg, and we are ready to do it again in those same cities, while also now expanding to include Orlando.

Ocala - Monday, May 4, 2009

Orlando - Saturday, June 27th, 2009. This one is for the moms who need a break from the kids in the summer, and also for the men in your lives who love shooting. Great Father's Day gift!! Email Jason Cannon for more details and to sign up.

Logistics:
Each class begin promptly at 9:30 a.m., and will end at around 2:30 p.m.

Melissa & Bob's Orlando Wedding

On April 18th, Melissa & Bob tied the knot in Orlando. We had so much fun documenting their special day. Thanks, guys, for inviting us to have the honor of capturing the heart of your relationship, and enjoy getting to know your wonderful friends and family.

Daphne & Ryan's California Dream Wedding

A couple of weeks ago, I had the very special honor of being invited by Daphne & Ryan to photograph their wedding at a Spanish Mission in Pasadena, California. This couple met at Fuller Seminary. I've known Ryan for a number of years, as he is cousins with one of my best friends. His character is top-notch. And now to get to know Daphne a bit, and discover that she has such a heart for medical missions overseas, I have a huge respect for her already too. To top it off, these two have wonderful families who support them in their journey of life together. It was an incredible weekend with some incredible documented memories. Thanks so much, Daphne and Ryan. We love you guys and wish you the very best of God's blessings in your lives together!!

The Quilty Family Life

Last Saturday morning was one of the most fun family photo sessions I've had yet. I joined the Quilty family at their home along the bayshore in St. Pete for a morning documenting the love and joy they have together as a family. By the end of the session, we had tons of great images, and I did something I'm quite sure no other photographer would ever do -- I jumped into the pool with the kids, fully dressed! I'd do anything for this crew. What a special family. Thank you, Quilty fam, for blessing me with the privilege to capture the essence of who you are as a family. I look forward to many more updates in coming months and years.

Casey & Mick's Eau Gallie Yacht Club Wedding

Casey & Mick have known each other pretty-much all their lives. They first met when they were 6 or 7, and even in spite of living in different places at times during childhood, stayed connected as friends. Their wedding story is one that is years in the making, with a foundation that is rooted deeply in their enduring friendship bond, and yet is also overflowing with joyful passion and romantic love toward each other. One doesn't have to be around them for long to realize how special their relationship is.

We feel so privileged and honored to have been asked to document your wedding journey, Casey & Mick. I'm sure this will not be the last time we join you for a special event or milestone in your lives. And many are sure to follow! May God bless you both richly as husband and wife.

Marcy & Stephen's Ocala Wedding

Our good friends, Marcy and Stephen tied the knot on March 21st. We had a blast capturing stunning images at the beautiful grounds of Golden Ocala.
