Final Headshot Photo for Conference Attendee
The conference planner for the Florida Senior Living Association contacted Cannonfire Photography to inquire about a headshot station for attendees of the ENGAGE conference held at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in July. This conference and the organization supports leaders in assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities. We have experience with senior living photography and were excited to play a part in this conference event. Our team collaborated on phone and video calls in advance of the conference so we could carefully plan the details for these headshots.
Headshot Station Setup
Our associate photographer, Gil, arrived early and set up a headshot station at the designated area near the exhibit hall. He allowed enough space to ensure that the headshot participant felt comfortable, and enough distance for the best photography quality.
Conference Headshot Process
Conference attendees were directed to the headshot station and signed in on a device. This allowed for correct name spelling and a way to contact them after the event to update them on their final headshot process. Gil gave very natural posing directions to attendees so they could relax while taking their headshot photo and be pleased with the final photos once they viewed their headshot gallery. Since many attendees arrived at the headshot station with their co-workers and friends, there were a lot of jokes and it was a calm, easy-going setting.
Headshot Photo Delivery
After the images were uploaded to a gallery after the event, participants selected their final headshot photo to be retouched. Our retouch process is very natural, such as minimizing stray hairs and flyaways.
Headshot Experience
Several attendees told us this was their very first headshot experience! We hope everyone enjoyed the headshot process with Cannonfire Photography and are using their brand-new photos for their LinkedIn profile and company communications.
