How We Plan Your Coverage

Inquiry. Complete our corporate event contact form to let us know more about your organization and photography needs.
Consultation call and run-of-show review. We will review your overall vision for your event and discover how photography images will help you meet your goals.
Details. We will discuss the final shot list and VIP attendee list. Site visits are available on request.
Event day. Our photography team will arrive prepared for the event to capture powerful images.
Editing and delivery. After editing the event photos, you will receive them via various digital delivery methods.

Most events need only one primary photographer, unless there are multiple facets of event needing a photographer simultaneously.

Cannonfire Photography can provide up to three photographers at a single event if needed

While the photographer maintains the full copyright, you have unlimited usage of the event photos
Standard photo delivery for corporate events is 3-5 days, with next-day rush-service available
Same-day raw downloads and culled selects are available options

Insurance, COIs, and Venue Requirements

We are fully insured and happy to provide COI’s to your company and/or the venue.

On-Site Headshot Station

An on-site headshot station may be added to your corporate event. A selected background will be submitted and approved by you in advance. We typically handle 20 headshots per hour with instant image review, or up to 50 per hour with no image review. Corporate Event Photography Pricing

Half day rate = $1,250 and full day rate = $2,400
Factors influencing the custom quote which will be listed on the invoice include hours of coverage, second photographer cost, headshot station, travel outside the Orlando area, etc.
We require 50% deposit to secure your date, with a minimum of 2 hours of event coverage

1. How much does a corporate event photographer cost in Orlando?

Rates generally range from $250-$350 per hour, with ½ day rates starting at $1,200 and full-day starting at $2,400

2. What do you need from us before the event?

In order to secure your booking, we’ll need 50% of balance for retainer and a mutually signed agreement with clearly-stated detailed expectations for our photography services during your event.

3. How far in advance should we book?

Ideally, book your event photography a full 6-12 months ahead of your event to ensure our prioritized availability.

4. Do you cover evening galas and low-light ballrooms?

Absolutely! These are specialty areas for us.
