With medium to large sized companies, there may be times of high employee turnover. When that happens, a coordinator may have a mismatched staff directory with employees having various photo quality, different backgrounds, and different photo crop sizes. Your company needs to stay productive and can’t afford to lose time to coordinate off-site headshots. Plus, there could be employees who have never had a professional headshot taken before, or who had a bad experience with a previous photographer.
We provide a convenient, on-site headshot experience for your entire team. We’ll coordinate the planning of the day to maximize team efficiency while also updating your employee’s headshots and visual marketing assets.
How a headshot day at your office works
Step 1: Complete our form and provide us with your location, number of employees, and an estimated timeline of when you want the headshots to be taken. Our team will send you a custom quote and we’ll plan your headshot logistics on a phone call. We’ll review specifics on the size of the space our team will need, if you have a previous headshot background or look that you would like for us to match, and your schedule availability and challenges.
Step 2: We will create a sign-up schedule system and send to you so you can distribute to your employees. Prep and wardrobe guidance will be sent in advance of the photo session.
Step 3: Our photographer or photographers will arrive on-site in advance of the first scheduled headshot to set up equipment and test the lighting before employees show up.
Step 4: A photographer will spend a few minutes per person with natural posing and expression coaching, then live review and approval.
Step 5: Retouching and final image delivery timeline is typically 3–5 business days (with rush available on advance request).

On our planning call, we’ll decide if more than one photographer is needed when headcount is high.

More than headshots
Beyond employee headshots, we provide group portraits of executives, leadership groups, board of directors, and departments. Cannonfire Photography also provides environmental and lifestyle brand images on the same visit. Instead of generic stock photos that don’t convert, you can feature photos of your actual office and employees.

Factors influencing the quote include the total headcount, number of days and locations, backgrounds, group photos, retouching, and rush delivery.

What types of businesses do you typically work with?

We work with a lot of theme park and hospitality professional organizations, financial institutions, law firms, healthcare industry, service industry, real estate, small business and personal brands.
How long does each person need?

Approximately 3-5 minutes per person per headshot.
Can employees see and approve their photos on the spot?

Yes, your employee will review their final image number on site at the photo session. Then our team will edit and retouch the image in post-production.
How quickly will we get the finished headshots?

Can you match the headshots we already have?

Yes, if you have a previous background color you prefer to use, we can match it to ensure your team has a consistent look. We can also provide options for a new background if you are ready to modernize your company headshots and bring the visual look up to date.
Do you retouch the images?

Our standard retouching includes lightening and softening wrinkles around the eyes, as well as non-freckle/mole facial blemish removal, a slight softening of all facial wrinkles, and removal of stray hairs. After the images are edited, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the final images.
What should our team wear?

For tops and blouses, we recommend a solid colored top with muted colors. Bright colors can really be a distraction from your face, which is what is most important to focus on in a professional headshot. If wearing a jacket, go with black or navy, with a white, beige or muted color top. Minimize jewelry as well, other than a thin necklace or small earrings, since that is also a distraction. For button-down shirts, keep it classic with an ironed long-sleeve button-up dress shirt in white or non-bright colors, and if adding a sport-coat, dark blue or dark gray is best. If in an industry or position that isn't as formal, dress for your position/role, but in general avoid bright colors, patterns and logos for a less-distracting, focused look.
Can you photograph our other offices or travel for us?

Absolutely! We frequently travel to office throughout Orlando and Central Florida. If you are outside this area, please inquire about travel options.
