On our consultation call, please let us know if you would like to add on a conference headshot station at your event. We provide the backdrop and lighting and manage digital delivery of headshots to attendees. How Conference Coverage Works

Inquiry: Complete our conference photography event form to let us know about your event date, location, and organization.
Consultation call and run-of-show review: We will discuss the overall schedule and decide how many photographers will be needed and at which locations. A COI is available upon request.
Details: The final shot list will be reviewed, plus a VIP attendee list. We are familiar with many resort venues in the Orlando area and a site visit is also available on request.
Event day(s): Our photographer or photographers will be professional and discreet as they capture high impact moment throughout your conference.
Editing and delivery: After editing the conference photos, you will receive the final images via digital delivery based on the method we agree on in the consultation.

Delivery Options and Turnaround

Our standard delivery time for edited conference images is 5 business days. As discussion in our consultation, we can also provide same-day selects for your organization to use for highlights on social media. In advance of the conference, you may also request an on-site slideshow for the final day of your event.

Low-Light and Stage Photography

In addition to proficiency with Orlando outdoor lighting for networking events, our photographers are highly trained to capture high quality images in low-lit ballrooms and event rooms with mixed stage lighting at corporate events.

Yes, our team can deliver same-day selects to be used for highlights on social media.
How far in advance should we book our conference photography?
Ideally you should book your conference photography at least 6 -12 months out to ensure we have enough photographers to fully capture your event.
Can you cover simultaneous sessions or multi-day events?
Yes, Cannonfire Photography has three professional photographers on our team.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the conference venue?
Absolutely, yes we can provide a COI upon request.
Do you travel for conferences outside Central Florida?
Yes, we travel throughout Florida. Conferences outside of the Orlando area may incur a travel fee to be discussed at the consultation.
